FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Do you take instructions from outside of your jurisdiction?

Yes, we do accept instructions from other places other than Eastern Cape, where we are based. We use the services of what we call correspondent attorneys when the need arises for Court where we lack jurisdiction.

2. How do you charge your fees in a matter?

How we bill clients vary, there is an option for contingency fee agreement if the case is about claiming a sum of money, where we will operate on a “No Win No Fee” basis i.e where we don’t win the case, you don’t pay. However, when we win, we charge a percentage not exceeding 25% of the amount claimed. Alternatively, we draw up a fee agreement where payment would be made for every work done.

We are ready for any challenge.

Let us prove it.
