M. Nompandana and Associates Inc. is a newly established law firm founded on the principles of Ubuntu. Though new, it is led by Mr. Mvula Nompandana with an experience of 4 years in the legal field. Together with his team, the firm comes with a combined experience of more than 20 years in the field.
Our firm boasts with years of experience amongst the team as we have experience in General Litigation, Labour Matters, Matrimonial Matters, Divorce, Debt Review, Criminal Law, Third Party Claims and Commercial Law.
The experience is derived from having practiced in different law firms that specialized in their own areas of law before joining M. Nompandana and Associates Inc.
“What you want is what you get”. Our mediation approach has proven to be effective and client centered. We properly advise the client in ways of reaching an amicable solution as per the mandate in a cost effective manner.
In our firm, we bring to practicality the famous phrase “two heads are better than”. We discuss your case as a team and try to find the solution. It is also our understanding that, no one is immune to learning, and as such, we do approach colleagues in the field to get their feel in a case before making an informed decision.
Diversity is key in our firm. Though we understand that people are different and as such, their cases are treated differently in terms of approach so as to cater to their specific needs. However, in our diversity, we ensure that there is no establishment of hierarchies and inequalities in our clients.
